In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "at788", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our" — refers to the entity operating the at788 online gambling platform at https://at788.cam and all associated domains and services.
• "Platform" — the at788 website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated services accessible via https://at788.cam.
• "Member", "you", or "your" — any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the at788 Platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration, used to access the Platform's services and hold funds.
• "Bet" or "Wager" — any monetary stake placed by a Member on any game, sporting event, lottery, or other wagering market available through at788.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, matched deposit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by at788 to Members under applicable promotion terms.
• "IDR" or "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all at788 account balances and transactions are denominated.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required for Members before withdrawal access is granted.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region where access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, France, and any jurisdiction where the Member has been expressly notified of restriction.

By accessing the at788 Platform, creating a Member Account, or placing any Bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them as a condition of using at788's services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact at788 support to request account closure. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open and maintain an Account with at788 and to access real-money gambling services on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. at788 does not permit gambling by any person under the age of 21, without exception. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law, or where you are not required to hold a specific permit or licence to engage in online gambling activity.
• You are acting as principal on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. You are depositing your own funds and have lawful entitlement to the funds used for betting activity.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of at788 or any affiliated company, game provider, or payment processing partner, in circumstances where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been excluded from any gambling platform, including self-exclusion from at788, or had an Account closed for violation of any terms or policies.
• You are not suffering from a gambling-related disorder that impairs your ability to make informed and rational decisions about your wagering activity. at788 strongly encourages Members who believe they may have a gambling problem to visit the Responsible Gaming page before registering.

at788 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to at788's reasonable satisfaction.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the at788 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — will be treated as a violation of these Terms, and all associated accounts may be suspended or permanently closed with balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and current residential address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for notifying at788 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. at788 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify at788 immediately via the support channels listed in Clause 14.

KYC Verification: Before at788 will process any withdrawal from your Account, you are required to complete identity verification (KYC). This process requires submission of the following documents:

• A valid, unedited government-issued photo identification document — KTP (Indonesian National Identity Card) or a valid passport issued by your country of residence.
• Proof of current residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 3 months, clearly showing your full name and address.
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP or passport alongside a handwritten note displaying the current date and the word "at788".

KYC documents are reviewed by our compliance team within 1–24 hours of receipt. During peak periods, review may take up to 48 hours. at788 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient to confirm identity to the required standard. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may have their withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is completed.

All financial transactions on the at788 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). at788 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which at788 bears no responsibility.

Accepted Deposit Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method; the standard minimum for bank transfer is Rp 50.000 and for e-wallets is Rp 25.000.

Withdrawal Conditions: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 for all methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. at788 aims to process approved withdrawals within 5 minutes to 4 hours during business hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next business window.

at788 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests where the amount exceeds Rp 50.000.000 in a single transaction or where the cumulative withdrawal total within a rolling 30-day period exceeds Rp 200.000.000. These checks are conducted to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and do not constitute an accusation of wrongdoing.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in the Member's verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• at788 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to the Member's account balance if the designated payment method is unavailable, suspended, or returns the transaction.
• Balances arising solely from bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the requirement is met.
• In the event of suspected fraudulent or irregular activity, at788 may place a temporary hold on pending withdrawals while an internal investigation is conducted. The Member will be notified in writing of any such hold within 24 hours.

at788 offers a range of promotions to eligible Members including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• The standard wagering requirement applicable to matched deposit bonuses is 5× (five times) the sum of the deposit amount and the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game category. Sportsbook pre-match and live bets with odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%. Slots contribute 100%. Live casino games contribute 10%. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets contribute 50%. Certain game types may be excluded entirely; a full contribution table is available from the support team on request.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, the standard validity period is 7 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited to the Account.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside the wagering process.
• at788 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus, and any winnings derived from that bonus, where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or any breach of these Terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Member, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once through the creation of additional accounts will be treated as multi-accounting and dealt with accordingly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the at788 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances (including any pending withdrawals), and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one Member Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through coordinated wagering patterns, arbitrage betting designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any other method intended to extract bonus value in bad faith.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to achieve a pre-determined outcome in any peer-to-peer game or betting market available on the Platform.
• Match-fixing or insider information: Placing wagers based on insider knowledge of a pre-arranged or fixed sporting result, or any other information not legitimately available to the general public at the time the bet was struck.
• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, odds-scrapers, or any form of automated program to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds of unlawful origin, make deposits from stolen payment instruments, or engage in any other form of financial fraud.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider for a genuine, voluntarily made deposit. Members who initiate chargebacks may have their Accounts permanently closed and outstanding balances frozen pending resolution.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration, during KYC, or at any other point of interaction with at788.

All content published on the at788 Platform, including but not limited to the at788 brand name, logo, website design, user interface layout, software architecture, written content, graphics, promotional materials, and game integrations, is either owned by at788 or used under licence from the respective rights holder.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gambling activity. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of at788.

Game content displayed on the Platform, including game artwork, audio, and mechanics, is the intellectual property of the respective game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, and others — and is subject to their separate licensing terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, at788 hereby excludes all liability for loss or damage of any nature, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, or network outages outside at788's reasonable control.

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Member's Account due to the Member's failure to maintain adequate password security or device security.
• Decisions made by the Member in the course of gambling activity, including wagers placed while under the influence of alcohol, medication, or other substances impairing judgment.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, or telecommunications infrastructure failure.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit at788's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Where at788 is found liable, the aggregate liability of at788 to any Member in respect of all claims arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

at788 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and actively works to prevent gambling-related harm among its Members. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the at788 Platform. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment; it is never a guaranteed income source or a solution to financial difficulties.

at788 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing in a given period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is paused until the new period begins.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the total time spent on the Platform per session, with reminder notifications issued 5 minutes before the session limit expires.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact at788 support to arrange Account closure and the withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the international jurisdiction under which at788 holds its operating licence.

Internal Dispute Process: If you wish to raise a complaint or dispute with at788, you must first contact our support team in writing, providing full details of the issue, including your Account username, the date and nature of the event, and any relevant transaction IDs. at788 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aims to provide a substantive resolution within 10 business days.

Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by at788's internal process, you may escalate the matter to the applicable independent dispute resolution body or regulatory authority designated by at788's licensing jurisdiction. Pending resolution of any dispute, at788 may place a temporary hold on relevant Account balances to preserve the integrity of the investigation. The Member will be notified in writing of any such hold within 24 hours of it being applied.
